Thanh Hoa, with Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation as the investor, was established by the Provincial People’s Committee in Decision No. 2860/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2020; adjusted, amended and supplemented in Decisions: No. 2816/QD-UBND dated August 18, 2022, No. 1395/QD-UBND dated April 27, 2022 and No. 1696/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2024.

This is also the time when Thanh Hoa province’s socio-economic situation has many strong changes, the industrial cluster in the Northeast of Thanh Hoa city is expected to be an attractive address, attracting large investors, using modern technology, towards a green and sustainable economy. With:

1. Project scale
– Location: Long Thanh Ward and Hoang Quang Commune, Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam.
– Convenient location: Located near the center of Thanh Hoa city – the largest economic center of Thanh Hoa province, only 160km from Hanoi capital. In addition, the Northeast Industrial Cluster is also close to major seaports such as Nghi Son and Cua Lo ports. – Area: 19.5 ha
– The project will start construction in May 2024 and be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2024
