At the invitation of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) to attend the Hong Kong Medical Equipment Exhibition and the invitation of Mindray Group to visit the headquarters and factory in Shenzhen – China, the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association successfully organized a working delegation with the participation of 56 members from 30 member units led by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van De – Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Vietnam Private Hospital Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hop Luc Joint Stock Company as the head of the delegation, the working time is 06 working days (from May 15, 2023 to May 20, 2023).
On May 16, 2023, the delegation attended the Medical Equipment Exhibition at the Hong Kong International Convention Center. Here, the delegation visited and was introduced to modern medical equipment systems in many fields: Construction technology & Hospital equipment (Diagnostic and testing machines, surgical equipment, rehabilitation machines, physiotherapy, ophthalmic and dental equipment, emergency resuscitation and hospital equipment…); Biotechnology: displaying biotechnology innovations including vaccine research, allergy testing; Medical instruments and hospital equipment; Healthcare products and equipment, Elderly care equipment…
On May 19, 2023, the delegation visited the headquarters and machinery factory of Mindray Group – one of the world’s leading providers of medical equipment and solutions. At Mindray Group’s headquarters, the two sides signed an agreement to actively cooperate in providing medical activities between the two sides, especially improving the capacity to provide modern and smart medical equipment at the most preferential prices as well as committing to warranty services and after-sales policies for Mindray’s medical equipment for member units of the Association. Immediately after the meeting, 11/30 units registered to buy Mindray’s equipment.
