On May 19, at the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center, the Central Organizing Committee coordinated with the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee to organize a workshop on employee development in private enterprises in the Central-Tay Nguyen region.
Attending and chairing the workshop were: Comrade Truong Thi Mai – Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Committee, Comrade Hoang Dang Quang – Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Comrade Ho Quoc Dung – Member of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People’s Council of Binh Dinh province.
Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Party Secretary, General Director of Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation attended, spoke and contributed opinions at the Workshop. Accordingly, Dr. Nguyen Van Thanh clearly stated the position, role, importance and significance of the work of developing party members, and pointed out the shortcomings and limitations in the work of developing party members in private enterprises. He proposed that Party committees at all levels must work closely with business owners, chairmen of business associations, and connect businesses to train and develop party members in enterprises.
The workshop is of great significance, an opportunity for provinces and cities in the region to share, exchange expertise, learn from each other’s experiences, especially to receive the direction of the Standing Committee of the Central Party Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Committee; thereby continuing to improve the effectiveness of organizing and implementing the work of developing party members.
