On December 11, 2022, the final round of the 1st Excellent Nursing – Midwifery – Technician Competition in 2022 was organized by Thanh Hoa Private Healthcare Association in collaboration with Hop Luc College of Medicine and Pharmacy, at the 4th floor hall, building E – Hop Luc Joint Stock Company. Candidates of Hop Luc Healthcare System participating in the competition excellently won high prizes in the competition: First prize for the group; First prize for the profession, Second prize for individuals and many other prizes.
The “Excellent Nurse – Midwife – Technician” competition is a meaningful activity, aiming to promote the emulation movement in patient care, improve the professional qualifications and ethics of the nursing – midwife and technician team.
The final round had 15 candidates working at hospitals and clinics that are members of the Thanh Hoa Private Medical Association. Candidates with high scores in the preliminary round held on December 10, 2022 were selected by the Jury. According to the Jury’s assessment, in the final round, most of the candidates achieved excellent scores in the aptitude test and the behavioral test. Through hypothetical situations, the candidates highlighted the roles and tasks of nurses, midwives, and technicians today and their understanding of patients. Nurses – midwives – technicians not only perform purely professional tasks but also soothe the physical and mental pain of patients. The dedication and efforts of compassionate nurses – midwives and technicians always bring confidence and determination to help patients overcome the pain of illness, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of treatment for patients.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded collective prizes including 01 first prize, 01 second prize and 01 third prize; Individual prizes: 01 first prize, 02 second prizes, 02 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded secondary prizes such as the prize for the best behavior of the contestant, the contestant with the highest professional score and the contestant with the best talent.
