Following the success of Hop Luc General Hospital in Thanh Hoa City, in 2017, Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation decided to invest in the Hop Luc International General Hospital Project in Nguyen Binh Commune, Tinh Gia District, Thanh Hoa Province.
The hospital has a total construction investment of nearly 600 billion VND, with a scale of 500 beds, of which phase 1 is more than 300 billion VND with a scale of 250 beds meeting international standards. The hospital was assessed by the Ministry of Health to grant a license to operate medical examination and treatment on January 29, 2019 and the Decision to approve 5,318 technical specialties and classify technical specialties as Grade III and ranked equivalent to Grade III Hospitals.

In line with its scale and quality, Hop Luc International General Hospital is a place that gathers dedicated and talented doctors. The hospital currently has 330 staff, including 66 doctors, 128 nurses, 26 technicians, and 16 pharmacists with specialized training.
The establishment of Hop Luc International General Hospital not only meets the increasingly diverse needs of the people for medical services, reduces the pressure on overload for upper-level hospitals, but also creates a driving force for socio-economic development for Nghi Son Economic Zone in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general.
